ClassDecks collects minimal information to provide our service:

• First names only (no surnames)
• Uploaded drawings or photos
• Class rep email for order communications
• Delivery addresses for physical orders

2. How We Use Information

Information is used solely to create and deliver your class trading cards. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.

3. Child Privacy

We take children's privacy seriously. We only collect first names and do not allow photo uploads that bypass our drawing/editing tools. All content options are pre-set and child-safe.

4. Data Security

All data is stored securely and transmitted using encryption. Access to class data requires the unique class code.

5. Data Retention

Class data and associated cards are automatically deleted 6 months after the last activity. You can request earlier deletion by contacting us.

6. Your Rights
